KIVORA equipment is covered against manufacturing defects under the terms below, in addition to any statutory rights you have where you live.
Warranty period
12 months, starting from the delivery date.
What's covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use.
What's not covered
- Normal wear, including wear to the resistance bands.
- Damage from misuse, drops, liquids, or exceeding stated limits.
- Commercial or rental use, unless agreed in writing.
- Repairs or modifications made by anyone other than KIVORA.
How to claim
Email kivorafitness@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or video. We will confirm next steps by email.
Remedy
Where a claim is accepted we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our option.
Safety note
KIVORA products are fitness equipment, not medical devices. Follow the operation manual and stop using the product if it is damaged.
