• Order details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, items ordered.
• Account details if you create one: email and profile information you provide.
• Support messages you send us.
• Marketing preferences, if you opt in to email.
• Usage data such as pages viewed, collected through our own analytics events.

Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on KIVORA servers. We keep only the payment reference, amount, and status needed to manage your order.

To process and deliver orders, provide support, handle returns and warranty claims, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and — only with your consent — send marketing email.

We share data with service providers who help us run the store: our payment provider, shipping carriers, email provider, and hosting/database provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Order records are kept for seven years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
