Shipping & returns

We currently ship within the United States. Additional destinations may be added later.

• Standard shipping: flat $9.95 per order, 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Express shipping: flat $19.95 per order, 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $150.
• Free standard shipping is also included with the first-order code WELCOME15. Free shipping offers apply to standard shipping only.
• The exact rate is always shown at checkout before payment.

Orders usually arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched on business days. Estimates start from dispatch, not from order time, and are not guaranteed.

When your order ships we email a tracking number. You can also check progress on the track order page using your order number and email.

You can return an unused product within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned complete, with all included accessories and packaging in resalable condition.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and checked, normally within 5 business days of it arriving.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Code WELCOME15 gives 15% off and free shipping on a first order. One use per customer, cannot be combined with other codes, and can be withdrawn at any time. Discounts are applied to product value, not to any fee already discounted.
