Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order by email. If an item is unavailable or a price is displayed incorrectly, we may cancel and refund in full.

Prices are shown in USD and include or exclude tax as stated at checkout. Payment is taken by our payment provider at the time of purchase.

Delivery estimates, rates, and destinations are described on our shipping and returns page. Estimates are not guarantees.

Your return and cancellation rights are set out on our shipping and returns page, in addition to any statutory rights you have where you live.

KIVORA products are fitness equipment for adult home use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Read the operation manual before use, follow the stated limits, and consult a qualified health professional before beginning new exercise — particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a health condition.

The KIVORA name, logo, product designs, site content, and photography belong to KIVORA and may not be used without written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
